Bylaws for IMHC were adopted in August 2013 and in December 2013 officers were elected. (Officers are elected annually since then.) The bylaws were updated June 2018 (see resource tab on website )The IMHC is not a formal 501c3 not-for- profit organization. It is a resource exchange network of member individuals and organizations whose fiscal matters are handled by Meier Clinics Foundation, which is a 501c3 organization.
